What to say
A listing was sent back or taken down
The email we sent says why. Reply to it and a person will read it — the decision is not automated and it can be reversed.
Something about a payment
Quote the date and the amount. If we have charged you for something you already had, say so plainly and we will refund it.
A listing looks fake, or a host is not who they say
Tell us which one and what made you think so. We would much rather investigate a wrong report than miss a real one.
You want your data, or you want it gone
Ask and we will send everything we hold, or delete it. Done by hand today, so allow a few days.
Grievances
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we are required to name a grievance officer you can escalate to, and to describe how to take a complaint to the Data Protection Board. That officer has not been appointed yet. Until they are, write to the address above and it will reach the founder directly.
